I just finished creating a free property management website template if anyone wants to check it out.

I think property managers will like using it. I plan on coming out with my different themes with different colors.

MoveFrog.com site is not running anymore

I meet the MoveFrog guys a couple of years ago at a NARPM conference but it looks like they didn’t make it and the site is not running anymore.

I wonder if they want to sell the domain?

I also created a rental scam detection tool to help renters figure out if a listing is a rental scam or not.

PickRent Traffic is Small But Growing

OK, it doesn’t have much traffic to it yet, but I love the hockey stick curve for my new site PickRent.

Ezrentfinder.com looking to scrape rental sites

Looks like a guy named Evan Ingram on rentacoder.com is looking to find a coder to scrape content from all the major rental site. I would paste the link because I am writing this on my iPhone.

RentBits New Avg Rent Tool

It appears that RentBits is taking some thunder way from RentalHomePros with the new average rent tool they just launched.

Correctly me if I am wrong but isn’t that what RentalHomePros.com set out to do?

This Blog Does Not Have Much Traffic

I am not sure how old this blog is (to lazy to look) but I am amazed by the low traffic numbers it receives. Perhaps it is because it gets ZERO referrals from the search engines.

If anyone wants to help promote it, please link to it.

If not that is OK, it can remain an abscure blog with less than a handful of readers. Most of those readers are my competitors judging from the IP addresses.
